Read this before you order

Everything you need to know before your machine ships. Two minutes here makes delivery day easy.

Before you order

Measure your doorways

Confirm the machine fits through every door, hallway, and turn on the way to its final spot. Do not guess. Use a measuring tape.

Tell us about your site access

Let us know about stairs and how many, elevators, tight doorways, loading dock rules, and the electrical outlet at the spot. We can only carry machines up or down stairs within New York City. Everywhere else, delivery is curbside only.

Skip the card reader if you're buying an AI machine

AI coolers come with a built-in card reader, so there's no need to purchase one separately.

Expect a call from us

Before we process your order, we'll call you to review everything and make sure delivery goes smoothly. So don't stress too much.

Payment is due at checkout

Website orders are paid in full at the time of purchase unless a written quote or invoice from us says otherwise. Your machine is released and scheduled once payment clears.

Look the machine over at delivery

Take a few minutes to inspect it when it arrives or when you pick it up. Report any visible damage, missing parts, or wrong items right away so we can document it and make it right.

If the machine doesn't fit, you still pay. We are not responsible if the machine can't fit through a door at your location. You remain responsible for full payment, and the machine will be left outside. To help avoid this situation, our sales representative will provide recommendations for bringing the machine into the location.

If site conditions turn out to be different from what was described to us, any extra labor, rigging, equipment, or transportation needed to complete the delivery may be billed as an additional reasonable charge.

Returns

Returns are handled case by case, and they are never automatic. A voluntary return has to be authorized by us in writing before the machine comes back.

Authorization required

Requesting a return

If you need to return a machine, call us and ask. Requests have to be made within the 90 day warranty period, and we'll look at the machine, the reason, and the timing before we approve anything.

If we authorize the return:

  • An $850 restocking and reconditioning fee applies per machine.
  • You cover the cost of removal, loading, rigging, and return transportation.
  • The machine comes back complete with all keys, parts, accessories, and card reader hardware.
  • The machine should be in the condition you received it, aside from normal wear.
Not returnable

What we can't take back

After the 90 day window, all sales are final.

These are not grounds for a return at any point:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the machine
  • Slow sales, low revenue, or not enough foot traffic
  • Losing a location, or a location asking you to remove the machine
  • Product selection or product fit issues
  • Financing or cash flow changes

A repair request is not a return request. Asking us to fix something under warranty does not start a return, a refund, or a swap for a different machine. If you want to discuss a return, tell us that directly and we'll treat it as its own conversation.

Return terms are set during your quote. Your sales representative will walk you through exactly what applies to your order before you buy, including timing, fees, and who handles transportation. If you're unsure whether your situation would qualify, ask before you place the order and we'll give you a straight answer.

The full Terms and Conditions of Sale come with your quote and are signed before delivery. Those signed terms, together with your quote or invoice, govern the sale. Where anything differs, your signed quote or invoice controls. Nothing on this page limits a right you have under applicable law.

Warranty

Every machine includes a 90 day limited warranty that starts the day it's delivered or the day you pick it up. It covers verified mechanical or electrical failure of covered components under normal use.

If something is covered, we'll diagnose it and either repair or replace the affected component. Replacing the whole machine or refunding the purchase price is not an automatic warranty remedy.

Report the problem inside the 90 days and you're covered, even if the diagnosis or the repair itself ends up happening after the window closes. Just tell us while the clock is still running.

What the warranty does not include. Unless your quote says otherwise: removal, rigging, relocation, return transportation, third party processing fees, and work unrelated to a covered defect.

What the warranty doesn't cover

Most of these come down to how the machine is handled and stocked after it leaves us:

  • Vandalism, abuse, neglect, theft, or intentional damage
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or wiring changes
  • Damage from moving, tilting, dropping, or relocating the machine
  • Improper electrical supply, water exposure, pests, or unsuitable operating conditions
  • Incorrect loading or stocking
  • Product sizes, packaging, bottles, cans, or cartons the machine isn't set up for
  • Not using the required shims, spacers, or guides
  • Jams caused by unsuitable or incorrectly loaded product
  • Ordinary wear, cosmetic wear, and routine maintenance items
  • Issues caused by third party networks, payment processors, cellular service, merchant accounts, or software we don't control

If we come out and find nothing wrong. We'll tell you what a diagnostic or service call costs before we do any non-warranty work. No surprise bills.

Product fit and third party services

Not every product vends from every slot

Vending depends on the size, weight, and packaging of what you load, plus how the machine is configured. We'll tell you what products and setups we've tested for your machine.

If you switch products, sizes, or packaging later on, you may need new shims, spacers, guides, or an adjustment. That's a configuration issue, not a defect. Call us and we'll help you sort it.

Card readers and connectivity

Card readers, payment processing, cellular service, merchant accounts, and software are run by outside companies. We handle the installation work listed on your sales document.

We can't guarantee network uptime, merchant account approval, processing rates, or third party fees. If something on that side goes sideways, we'll point you to the right contact.

Your location is yours to manage

Getting permission from the property owner or manager, handling the placement agreement, paying any commission, stocking the machine, setting prices, and keeping the relationship healthy are all on you as the operator.

We're glad to share what we've learned about placing machines well, but we can't guarantee sales volume, revenue, foot traffic, or that a location will keep your machine. If a location is unhappy and the machine is working as intended, that's a conversation between you and the location.
